Meet Our Team

Erin is Tollgate Orthodontics' Business Manager who still gets a chuckle from the "Boss Lady" sign she recently received as a gift from the Tollgate Orthodontics team. Erin has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Providence College and spent a decade as a Project Manager in Systems for a company in Johnston, RI before coming to Tollgate Orthodontics. Along with the entire orthodontic team, her goal is to create an environment where our patients feel like family and wish they could keep coming to see us even after their Invisalign, braces, or other treatment is complete. In her free time, Erin is addicted to traveling, reading, and amateur interior design. She loves going on her adventures with her husband and two children, all of whom now make her feel short.

Leticia has been our Treatment Coordinator for the past 10 years and has been with Tollgate Orthodontics since 1998. Her detail-oriented personality ensures that our patient's financial arrangements are thoroughly researched and presented so that families can choose the financial option that works best for them. She is a customer experience expert and a wizard with dental insurance. She knows and understands treatment options, cost, and insurance benefits. Leticia wants you to know that orthodontic treatment is not only about straightening your teeth, but also that it's truly a life-long investment in your dental health and your smile. When she is not in the office she enjoys shopping, gardening, and going out to eat with her husband. You may see her out in town during her free time at Zumba or with her family and German Shepard. Leticia is CPR certified and bilingual in English and Spanish.

As a Scheduling Coordinator at Tollgate Orthodontics, I help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. I schedule patient appointments, manage a multi-line phone system, and assist in the clinic whenever needed. Creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient is one of my top priorities. I also handle insurance payments and coordinate the sending of x-rays and referrals to other dental and medical offices. With CPR certification and fluency in both English and Portuguese, I’m proud to serve a diverse range of patients with care and professionalism. I’ve been part of the Tollgate Orthodontics team for two years and truly enjoy being part of such a supportive and dedicated practice. I value the relationships I build with patients and their families as we work together toward healthier, happier smiles.

Brenda has been working as an orthodontic assistant for many years, and quickly discovered her passion for helping patients achieve confident, beautiful smiles. Having braces herself, she can also share her experience, and what to expect at each visit. She finds great joy in being part of their transformations and excited to continue growing in this rewarding field, When she is not in the clinic, you may see her at the front desk, greeting patients, or arranging an appointment for you! She is DANB certified, Radiology certified, and CPR/AED certified,

Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her wonderful husband, and son. She also, enjoys her daily walks, or runs with her four legged friends

Janet has been with Tollgate Orthodontics for more than 5 years, joining us after retiring from her career in banking. Janet is Tollgate’s aligner and retainer specialist and is very passionate about her job. In addition to making us smile, she always makes sure everything is done just right and quickly to accommodate our patients’ needs.

Outside of the fun she has at Tollgate Orthodontics, Janet enjoys taking care of her vegetable and flower gardens, walking, traveling and listening to audio books.
