LOW MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
Orthodontists Fee Plan (OFP) is a flexible, low monthly payment plan that provides a convenient, affordable way of paying for orthodontic services. You can schedule orthodontic treatment right away with:
- No initial payment
- Low monthly payments
- Low fixed rates
- No prepayment penalty
- Easy application process
For example, using OFP, a $4000 treatment fee could be as affordable as $92 a month! Your payments will not change over the life of the loan, there's no prepayment penalty, so you can make lump sum prepayments at any time, and you can choose your loan terms up to 60 months.

The application process is fast and confidential 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may apply quickly and securely via the web by clicking on the Orthodontists Fee Plan (OFP) logo (above), or you can call OFP’s toll-free number 1-800-637-3393. There are no application fees or paperwork to complete, and you can be approved quickly.

PREPAYMENT COURTESY
A prepayment courtesy is given for payment in full prior to treatment by cash, check or credit card. Our practice accepts the following credit cards:

INITIAL PAYMENT PLAN
A down payment of 30% may be made at the start of treatment, with the balance paid monthly over approximately 75% of the treatment time. We accept cash, check, and credit cards for the Initial Payment Plan.

COMPANY FLEX PLAN
Your company may offer a medical spending account, which allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for your medical expenses. Please contact your employer for more details.

INSURANCE COVERAGE
Our practice will be happy to assist you in determining whether your insurance company will cover your orthodontic treatment. If your company does provide a benefit, our staff will be happy to assist you in filing your claim. In most cases, we will accept assignment of insurance benefits and make arrangements with you for the balance of the professional fee. If you do not have orthodontic coverage, we will work with you to come up with a financial plan to fit your budget.
