The “Smile Cocktail”

Who doesn't like a good smile? When that Smile is a cocktail it gets even better! The Smile Cocktail combines Gin, Grenadine and fresh lemon juice. We're guessing the name came from the drink designer who said something like "That drink brings a smile to my face!"

Adjust the amount of lemon for more or less tartness. You can add some club soda if desired.

Ingredients

1 oz Gin

1 oz Grenadine

Juice from 1/3 of a lemon

Instructions

Add ice to a cocktail shaker

Add all ingredients to the shaker

Shake well for at least 10 seconds

Pour over ice into an Old Fashioned, High Ball or glass of your choice

The Molar-ita

The Molar-ita is a refreshing cross between a mojito and a margarita. Feel free to dip the rims of your glasses in salt for a true margarita effect and to make it a mocktail, just skip the tequila and add extra sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces silver tequila
  • Cold soda water or sparkling water
  • 1 lime, sliced into thin wheels

Instructions

  1. Tear the mint leaves into pieces and put into a 24 ounce cocktail shaker with lime juice, sugar, and tequila. Add crushed ice and shake well.
  2. Strain over ice into lowball glasses and top off with soda water.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.

The “Long Island Iced Teeth”

Not for the faint of heart, this cocktail contains 4 oz of alcohol. Best to have the Uber app queued up for this one!

  • 3/4 ounce silver tequila
  • 3/4 ounce gin

  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Cola, to top
